What you do
All three, inside your membership year. Every one is visible in your own progress, so nothing here depends on us agreeing with you later.
- Complete every lesson in your exam’s track
- Score 90% or better on three full-length mock exams
- Sit the exam within your membership year
What we do
If you do not pass, your next year is free — not a refund, the next year.
A refund puts you outside the thing that was going to get you there. Another year keeps you in it.
What this is not
A promise that hides its limits is worth nothing, so here they are.
- It is not a refund. You get another year of everything, not your money back. If a refund is what you want, decide before you start rather than after.
- It does not cover the exam fee. Cisco charges that, not us.
- It does not apply if you did not finish. Three mocks at 90% and every lesson in the track — that is the bar, and it is the same bar that makes passing likely.
- It is per exam, not per attempt. One free year, claimed once.
